After years of investing 100% in everything but myself, I lost my SHINE. I’d been working full time alongside my studies, never missed a party, overtrained as if I was still an elite alpine ski racer, took every chance to travel, didn’t prioritise sleep, and ate a diet that was so-called “healthy” but not optimised for MY physiology. I wasn’t respecting my physical, mental, emotional or spiritual self.
I speak to women DAILY who recognise themselves in this vicious cycle of burning the candle at both ends. It’s not until the body starts to shout loud enough with various diffuse symptoms that we finally stop to listen. At this point the road back to balance can feel incredibly windy, long, lonely and confusing.
I personally ended up in the emergency with bleeding hives and eczema all over, a dysbiotic and leaky gut, hormonal imbalances, nervous system dysregulation, and severe anxiety. The standard healthcare system was of little help, so I quickly turned to Functional Medicine to identify and heal the root causes of my symptoms.
Fast forward to today. I feel more vibrant and blissful than ever before! I’m mentally sharper than in my early 20s, I have stable energy throughout the day, I’m happy without any apparent reason, I sleep like a baby, healed my skin and got my period back with no PMS!
I’m not special in any way! If I can get to here from absolute rock bottom (see below) - imagine where you could get to!
Since healing myself, my life’s purpose has shifted to guiding other women - YOU - to feeling like their most vibrant, energised selves! Because no one should have to go through that pain on their own.

The Rooting To Grow Retreat
This 2 day retreat is an accelerated self-development journey from grounding to growing your stress-resilience and energy.
Our aim with these two days is to shift your state from stressed and worn-out to feeling calm, rooted and motivated to take daily aligned actions towards feeling more rooted, however life unfolds.
We achieve this with a variety of tools including various forms of yoga, breathwork, sound healing, reflective exercises, group sharing, group coaching, individual action plan, nervous system regulating exercises, nutrient-dense food, and much more.
A month later you can attend a virtual check-in to follow up to on your commitment to yourself and receive group coaching to retain momentum.
Medicine Yoga
Medicine yoga is a therapeutic practice combining the ancient wisdom of Kundalini yoga with modern medical knowledge. It integrates physical movements, breathwork, and meditation practices with a specific healing-goal in mind, e.g. to “reduce back pain” or “improve gut function”. I can teach Medicine Yoga at studios, online, privately and for business clients. I always share knowledge about the topic in question to motivate the participants to understand the proven health benefits of the practice.
