Week 1 - Revive Your Relationship With Yourself

Outcome Week 1: You feel fully aligned with the course content, and truly committed to taking action over the next 30 days. You know the basics of behaviour change and the role of neuroplasticity in your health journey, and which mindset elements and thoughts about yourself that play a crucial role in behaviour change. You also learn one of the most important skills of this course (& life!) - understanding and learning to listen to your own body’s signals.

Week 2 - Revive Your Nervous System

  • Introduction to stress and its physiological impact on your body

  • Introduction to the nervous system

  • A dysregulated vs regulated nervous system

  • Polyvagal theory

  • The stress cycle and how to close it

Outcome Week 2: You understand how chronic stress and a dysregulated nervous system are involved in stress-related diseases, symptoms of a dysregulated vs a regulated nervous system, you've mapped out stressors in your life and learnt from the areas in which you feel regulated, as well as the role of trauma or emotional dysregulation in stress-related diseases. You also know how to regulate your nervous system to put your body in a state of self-healing - using breathwork, Medicine Yoga, vagal toning, and EFT (tapping).

Nervous system regulating exercises including:

  • Emotional Freedom Technique

  • Writing your SOS list

Week 3 - Revive Your Self Healing Power

Nervous system- and emotion- regulating exercises including

  • Tension Releasing Exercises (TRE) for trauma and emotional dysregulation

  • Awe and gratitude journaling

  • Somatic exercises

As well as initial lifestyle changes:

  • Meaning, purpose and conscious productivity

  • Regulating your circadian and ultradian rhythm

  • Hormonal balance and hormone cycle syncing

Outcome Week 3: You have added another three important tools to your toolbox for regulating your nervous system and for healing emotional dysregulation, including Tension Releasing Exercises, gratitude journaling and somatic exercises. You have a toolbox of techniques that you’ve committed to experimenting with to improve your sleep and stress levels throughout the day, as well as to improve your hormonal balance - including cycle syncing.

Week 4 - Revive Your Lifestyle

  • Guiding your subconscious to promote healing rather than disease

  • Gentle detoxification via gut, liver, lungs, skin, lymph & glymph

  • Healthy technology & social media use

  • The gut-brain axis and the gut’s role in your health and wellbeing

  • Optimising your diet with nutrient-density

  • Living an anti-inflammatory lifestyle

  • Regulating your blood sugar

  • The goldilocks zone of exercise

Outcome Week 4: You know how to revive your health and wellbeing by reviving your lifestyle, including optimising your gut health via the gut-brain-axis, nutrition, living an anti-inflammatory lifestyle and regulating your blood sugar. You also understand how to exercise within the “Goldilocks zone”, optimise your detoxification pathways, and reprogram your subconscious belief systems that either impede or promote your ability to heal or simply to feel your best. Finally, I share my best tips for healthy social media and technology use for optimal mental wellbeing.

  • Of course! It is completely up to you how long you take to complete it. It is designed so you have 1 inspiration session and 1 action that you take daily, as this ensures momentum and real change over 30 days.

    That said, you can also take the course in less than 30 days if you're feeling motivated - as long as it doesn't lead to overwhelm.

  • This course does not replace any medical advice from licensed practitioners. Always speak to your healthcare provider before making major changes if you are in a risk group.

    That said, most of the course content is backed up by scientific research and gives you the tools that - when applied regularly - put your body in a state of self-healing. I have seen gut, hormonal, skin, sleep and similar imbalances caused by stress being reversed by the methods taught in the course - but every body is different and therefore individual needs vary.

  • With the beta version of this course, there is no free trial due to the setup. Please add yourself to the waitlist if you want to trial the final version that comes out.

  • Yes, there will be a 6-month payment plan available.

  • Yes! All classes will be recorded and posted in the membership area for those who either can't make it live or wish to rewatch.

  • Each day consists of a 10 minute inspiration session on a specific topic, followed by an action on the same topic that should take max 15 mins to complete.

    Each 6-7th day is an integration day without any new inspiration session or action, giving you time to catch up on any missed sessions.

    This adds up to ca 2-2,5 hours of inspiration sessions and action taking every week, plus an optional group coaching call every other week that lasts for 60 mins.
