Let Medicine Yoga heal you from the inside out

Medicine yoga is a therapeutic practice that combines the ancient wisdom of Kundalini yoga with modern medical knowledge. It integrates physical movements, breathwork, and meditation practices with a specific healing-goal in mind, e.g. to “reduce back pain” or “improve gut function”.

I can teach Medicine Yoga at studios, online, privately and for business clients. I always share knowledge about the topic in question to motivate the participants to understand the proven health benefits of the practice.

My Medicine Yoga classes can always be taught in connection with a workshop around stress and nervous system regulation. In fact I find this to be the most impactful approach to sharing my knowledge, as theory + practical application = sustainable change.
